If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are more than happy to assist with your return requests. Please contact us at info@kuppasweet.com for further assistance.


Final Sale Items

All sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Swimwear is non-returnable, unless you received a damaged item.


Online Returns & Exchanges

We want to make sure you are fully satisfied with your Kuppasweet purchase. If you would like to return an unworn and unused item and receive a full refund to your original payment method, your online return must be initiated within 30 days of the order shipment date.

If you would like to make an exchange of any kind, simply return the item and place a new order.

Any returned items that show signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage, or are missing tags, will be refused.

IMPORTANT: Please place your unused item(s) back in their original plastic bag with the barcode visible.

NOTE: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on merchandise purchased from Creoate. Please contact Creoate directly.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@kuppasweet.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and the return address.
  3. Send back your item(s) in original packaging, with all tags and barcodes intact.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund.

Shipping Responsibility

Please be aware that all shipping and return delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.


Return Eligibility & Timeline

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the shipment date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Final sale items and swimwear are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.

Please allow 3–5 additional business days for your payment provider to reflect the refund on your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Lost or Missing Packages

Kuppasweet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided.

We will assist by sharing the tracking number and carrier details so you may follow up directly with the shipping provider.


Geographic Limitation

Our return policy currently applies to orders shipped within the United States. For international orders, please contact us before initiating a return.


Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of excessive wear, misuse, or abuse of our return policy.
